We want customers to understand their purchase before ordering. Refund eligibility depends on whether the order is a physical product, digital product, or service.
Eligible physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery when unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customers must contact us before returning any item.
For website, software, IT support, and CCTV services, refunds depend on the work completed. Consultation fees, completed service work, custom design work, and custom software work may be non-refundable once work has started.
Digital deliverables such as website files, software setup, configuration work, or custom code may not be refundable after delivery unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. Bank processing times may vary.
